About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor Application Developer specialized in .Net to lead a team of developers in Jakarta Barat. The role involves delivering client‑focused applications, ensuring code quality, and supporting the software lifecycle from design to production.

Key responsibilities

Develop applications according to client specifications and technical requirements.
Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members.
Coordinate testing, address UAT findings, and support deployment to production.
Assist system analysts with impact analysis for changes.
Handle technical questions and constraints throughout the development process.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems with a GPA above 3.00.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior developer, developer supervisor or team‑lead role.
Strong communication skills, self‑motivation and a passion for the IT industry.
