About the role
We are looking for a Student Counsellor to join our Bali branch and provide guidance to prospective international students. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will deliver accurate information, support applications and promote our services.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up with student enquiries via phone, email and in‑person meetings.
- Provide accurate information on study options, visa and migration services.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records for each student in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed the targeted number of applicants.
- Handle challenging situations professionally and support related tasks as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong customer‑centric attitude and ability to work in a cross‑cultural environment.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Competent computer literacy.
