Strategist

About the role

At Aleph Labs, a human‑centered digital solutions studio in Jakarta, we are seeking a Strategist to lead strategic advisory across user experience, customer experience, product development, growth experimentation and performance optimisation. The role works closely with designers, researchers, engineers and clients to turn research and data into actionable strategies that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, researchers and engineers to drive strategic initiatives and guide project direction alongside project leads.
• Partner with clients to understand their context, challenges and business goals, shaping the focus of each engagement.
• Lead in‑depth research and data analysis to uncover insights and craft tailored solutions for client challenges.
• Experiment with new approaches and identify best practices for effective problem‑solving.
• Present discovered opportunities and solutions to client teams, from working groups to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, research and engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset for conducting research and data‑driven analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
