About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Legal Staff to join our poultry processing and distribution business in West Jakarta. The role supports the company’s operations by ensuring legal compliance, managing contracts, and handling any litigation matters that arise.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and analyse legal documents related to daily operations.
- Conduct contract reviews and provide risk‑mitigation recommendations.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve emerging legal issues, optimizing potential risk exposure.
- Provide relevant legal opinions to support business activities.
- Manage litigation processes involving the company.
Required profile
- Female, aged 22‑30 years.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
- Strong knowledge of administrative law, corporate law, contract examination, and legal compliance.
