Specialist Solution Engineer, Digital 360

About the role

The Specialist Solution Engineer, Digital 360 will design and deliver innovative digital‑marketing solutions for Salesforce customers in Indonesia. You will work closely with sales, product, and consulting teams to translate business challenges into technical road‑maps and compelling demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to uncover technical challenges and develop solution road‑maps for digital marketing initiatives.
• Build and showcase rapid prototypes, executive‑level software demos, and future‑state customer journey strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Deliver persuasive presentations that connect complex technology concepts to C‑level and other audiences.
• Stay current on product road‑maps, industry trends, and Martech developments.

Required profile

• 3‑10+ years of pre‑sales consulting experience focused on digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Bahasa to engage Indonesian customers.
• Experience in financial services, telecommunications, travel or retail is preferred.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and mobile‑technology development.
• SQL and relational database modelling.
• Salesforce certifications or Trailhead Ranger status.
• Presentation software such as PowerPoint and Google Slides.
