Specialist Installation and Commissioning

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist in Installation and Commissioning to lead the installation, testing and handover of mechanical, electrical, utility and process equipment for our industrial projects. The role will be based full‑time in Bali, working closely with contractors, vendors and internal project teams to ensure all systems meet performance, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise the installation of mechanical, electrical, utility and process equipment according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications.
• Develop and execute installation, testing and commissioning plans, including FAT and SAT activities.
• Perform equipment inspection, testing, troubleshooting and functional verification before handover.
• Prepare commissioning reports, punch lists, test records and handover documentation.
• Support training of operations and maintenance teams and ensure HSE compliance throughout the project.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers and internal teams during all installation and commissioning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in installation, testing, commissioning or project engineering in industrial plants, manufacturing, food processing, agribusiness or large‑scale infrastructure.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&ID, single‑line diagrams and technical specifications.
• Willingness to be based full‑time in Bali and work on‑site.
