Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our technology team in Central Jakarta. In this role you will work closely with the sales organization to design and present technical solutions that meet customer business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop solution‑based proposals and architecture designs.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) activities, including preparation, execution, and documentation of results.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and client requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and incorporate new technologies, products, and vendor offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, presales or a technical role.
• Strong understanding of servers, storage, networking, backup, virtualization and security concepts.
• Familiarity with at least one major vendor technology stack such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, Veeam or VMware.
