Social Media Strategist

About the role

Astro Technologies Indonesia is looking for a creative Social Media Strategist to lead its multi‑channel presence across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X and YouTube. You will shape content that resonates with our audience, drives engagement and reinforces Astro as the first choice for users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel‑specific strategies that keep Astro at the forefront of online conversations.
• Tailor content pillars for each platform, ensuring campaigns work as 15‑second TikTok memes or LinkedIn thought‑leadership posts.
• Design an agile editorial workflow capable of producing 50+ pieces of content per week without compromising brand quality.
• Implement a content‑waterfall approach, repurposing long‑form assets into short clips, threads, carousels and key‑takeaway posts.
• Collaborate with Growth, Performance Marketing and E‑Commerce teams to align organic content with paid initiatives and conversion goals.
• Provide data‑backed weekly reports with actionable insights for growth and engagement.
• Build and nurture an active community, encouraging user‑generated content and timely, relatable engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Instagram ecosystem, trends and audience behavior.
• 2–4+ years of experience in social media, digital content or brand roles, with proven success growing Instagram accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into content strategies that drive brand affinity and action.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as Brand, Creative and Performance Marketing.
