Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to join our Media and Creatives team in South Jakarta. The role focuses on creating engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook and Reddit, and supporting community management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook and Reddit.
• Produce short‑form videos using CapCut, adding basic motion graphics and editing.
• Assist in social media content planning and community management, responding to comments and fostering brand interaction.
• Monitor platform trends and algorithm updates to keep content fresh.
• Generate performance reports and prepare monthly or quarterly analytics recaps.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and support on‑camera content production when needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media content creation.
• Passion for digital trends and strong storytelling ability.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Fast‑learning attitude and adaptability to emerging platforms.

Required skills

• CapCut video editing (basic motion graphics).
• Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools.
• Canva for graphic design.
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
