Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

The Site Reliability Engineer will ensure that our services continuously deliver value, meet stakeholder expectations, and support business needs. Working closely with service partners and engineering teams, you will help shape a reliable, cost‑efficient, and sustainable service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize a backlog of improvement items in collaboration with partners and engineering teams.
• Maintain cost‑efficient, stable, and sustainable service operations.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs, generate status reports, and ensure compliance.
• Plan and manage the service lifecycle, including roadmap, demand, capacity, and budgeting.
• Keep service documentation up to date and communicate changes.
• Analyze availability, reliability, maintainability, and serviceability to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles on medium to large projects.
• Proven experience working in agile environments with a solid grasp of agile cadence.

Required skills

• Experience with major cloud providers: Alicloud, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Azure.
• CI tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• CD tools including ArgoCD and Crossplane.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform.
• Management and monitoring of Kubernetes applications using Istio, Helm charts, and related tooling.
• Capacity planning, networking, and system security knowledge.
• Automation tools and GitOps practices.
