Senior Software Automation QA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Automation QA Engineer to join our product team in Bandung. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and UI/UX designers to ensure high‑quality software releases across web, mobile, and API platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand product features and domain requirements.
• Review quality specifications and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.
• Design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
• Estimate, prioritize, and execute testing activities for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Conduct functional, performance, and security testing, and troubleshoot defects.
• Report, track, and monitor bugs to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all testing processes comply with company and industry standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including sprints and retrospectives.

Required skills

• Automation testing for web, mobile (iOS & Android), and API.
• Testing tools: QASEio, Postman.
• Automation frameworks: Playwright, K6 (plus).
• Database knowledge: MySQL (plus).
