About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will lead corporate banking relationships for the head office in Jakarta, ensuring high‑quality service for existing clients and driving growth with new prospects. The role combines client advisory, credit analysis, and transaction support within a dynamic banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing corporate customers.
• Identify and acquire potential corporate clients, presenting banking solutions.
• Conduct credit assessments and prepare credit proposals for approval.
• Monitor loan facilities against covenants and ensure compliance.
• Assist clients with loan‑related transactions and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Coordinate with external parties and internal units to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking within a bank.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
