Senior Manager, Assurance (CMAAS, FRM)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Assurance practice in Jakarta, focusing on Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) and Financial Reporting Management (FRM). The role involves providing strategic advice on complex accounting, financial reporting, and transaction structures for both public and private deals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advisory engagements on technical accounting and financial reporting matters related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings.
• Advise clients on capital markets topics, transaction structures and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver clear, impactful communications that convey holistic solutions to clients.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, fostering high‑performing and inclusive teams.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and propose actionable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to PwC technical standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in assurance, capital markets accounting advisory or related financial reporting roles.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, complex situations and make sound judgments.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Excellent communication skills, able to craft clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
