Senior Associate - Deals Strategy and Operations

About the role

The Senior Associate will join PwC’s Deals Strategy and Operations team in Jakarta, helping clients maximise value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and integrations. The role covers pre‑deal due diligence, post‑completion integration and separation activities across functional areas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑deal and confirmatory due diligence.
• Execute large‑scale enterprise integrations.
• Support complex divestitures and spin‑offs.
• Analyse transaction options and provide recommendations.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Use a range of analytical tools to extract insights from industry trends.
• Coach junior team members and delegate tasks.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting or industry experience with exposure to strategy.
• Understanding of mergers, integrations, spin‑offs and divestiture transactions.
• Ability to think critically and structure unstructured problems.
