Senior Associate – Deals Advisory – Capital Projects & Infrastructure

About the role

PwC’s Capital Projects and Infrastructure practice within Deals Advisory is looking for a Senior Associate to support the planning, financing and delivery of large‑scale infrastructure projects across Indonesia. You will work with state‑owned enterprises, government agencies and private sector clients on projects such as power plants, toll roads, ports and railways.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams throughout the full lifecycle of infrastructure and policy initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables, including financial models, feasibility studies and economic analyses.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support project financing, PPP structuring and M&A transactions.
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure compliance with local regulations and PwC quality standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Indonesian business, economic and policy developments.

Required profile

• University degree in accounting, finance, economics, public policy or engineering; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
