Senior Associate – Advisory Deals – Corporate Valuation

About the role

PwC’s Deals team provides strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring. As a Senior Associate in Corporate Valuation Advisory, you will deliver valuation analysis for complex transactions, helping clients assess value and risk.

Key responsibilities

• Perform valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions.
• Assess the worth and potential risks of deals to support client decision‑making.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Apply a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.
• Review your own work and that of teammates for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Explain the rationale for selecting specific tools and methodologies.
• Provide coaching and delegate tasks to develop junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.
• GPA > 3.0 (or equivalent honors) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in valuation, corporate finance or related advisory services.
