Sea Freight Sales – Semarang

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sea Freight Sales professional to drive our ocean freight and customs clearance services in Semarang. You will promote our logistics solutions, acquire new customers and grow revenue while ensuring high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Analyse client needs, prepare customised proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to understand requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with operations to guarantee on‑time delivery and provide regular progress updates.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to secure repeat business.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and business insights for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in 3PL or ocean cargo.
• Good knowledge of export and import regulations.
• Existing portfolio of potential customers for LX Pantos services.
• Age between 25 and 35 years and fluent in English.
