SAP Project Manager – Consulting (Jakarta)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end SAP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade and transformation projects for our clients in Jakarta. The role covers the full project lifecycle from initiation through go‑live and hyper‑care, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP transformation programmes, including S/4HANA implementations, upgrades and migrations.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Drive project governance, steering committees, status reporting and executive communications.
• Serve as primary client‑facing contact, building trusted relationships with executives and sponsors.
• Lead multidisciplinary SAP teams, mentor consultants and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to PwC delivery methodology and quality standards.
• Support business development activities such as proposal development and pre‑sales discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 8‑12 years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 5 years leading SAP projects.
• Proven track record delivering full‑cycle SAP implementations, especially S/4HANA.
• Experience managing large, multi‑workstream teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, client‑management and problem‑solving skills.
