Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support professional to join our team in North Jakarta. The role ensures smooth order processing, accurate sales data management and provides essential administrative assistance to the sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders, verify accuracy and completeness.
• Collect, analyze and report sales data, offering insights to the sales team.
• Manage the sales team’s calendars, prepare quotations and tender documents.
• Maintain customer data and update sales records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance and technical departments to secure necessary resources.
• Update maintenance agreements and collaborate with Inside Sales on agreement handling.
• Provide regular performance reports to the Sales Manager and suggest improvement strategies.

Required profile

• D3 or S1 degree in any field; IT knowledge is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Advanced Excel data processing.
• Familiarity with Bitrix24 CRM software.
• Knowledge of Accurate Accounting Software (optional).
