Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support professional to join our team in South Jakarta. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, from document preparation to customer assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage sales proposals, presentations, contracts, and tender submissions.
• Maintain accurate customer records, analyse sales data and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate communication between sales, consultants, project teams and other stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide assistance and escalate issues when needed.
• Support client payment follow‑up and ensure timely collections.
• Act as first‑line support for users of the Talentlytica dashboard, troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Required profile

• Based in Jakarta.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administration or customer service.
• Familiarity with tender processes and compliance standards.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyse data.
