Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist is fully responsible for meeting the company’s monthly and annual sales targets. You will build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, market potential and propose appropriate solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, seeking new business opportunities.
• Explain product or service specifications in detail to prospects.
• Negotiate and close profitable agreements, preparing proposals and contracts.
• Produce regular sales reports and analyse data for continuous improvement.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation ability and resilience under pressure.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market data and sales results.
• Effective time‑management to meet targets and deadlines.
• Business or management degree preferred; sales experience is a plus.
