About the role

The Sales Specialist will be fully responsible for meeting the company’s monthly and annual sales targets while building strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions that match market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing high‑quality service.
• Identify customer needs and market potential to propose appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to sales strategy development and uncover new business opportunities.
• Present detailed product or service specifications to prospects.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close profitable agreements.
• Produce and present sales reports, analysing data for continuous improvement.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
