Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to join our team in Central Jakarta. You will focus on B2B sales within the home textile sector, building strong relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, and interior retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients such as bag makers, sofa manufacturers, mattress producers, interior shops, and wholesalers.
• Identify new market opportunities and stay informed about trends in non‑clothing fabrics (upholstery, bedding, home décor, etc.).
• Visit clients regularly with a company‑provided vehicle to assess needs and propose suitable fabric solutions.
• Present samples, prepare quotations, and follow up until orders are confirmed.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Handle customer issues professionally and work with internal departments to resolve them.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Support sales strategies to expand the client base and increase market reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in textiles.
• Strong negotiation and client‑approach skills.
• Strategic mindset with leadership potential.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in Central Jakarta.
