About the role

PT ARC Teknologi is seeking a results‑driven Sales Expert to generate new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting client relationships within the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and create new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients.
  • Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions that add value.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably B2B or consultative.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Highly self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
