About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Central Jakarta. The role focuses on expanding our client base, promoting our services, and driving revenue growth for a leading manpower solutions provider.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to meet client needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.
Required profile
- Motivated and ambitious with a proactive, goal‑oriented attitude.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field (approximately 2 years).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
