Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join Cahaya Jakarta Group, a leading labeling and packaging manufacturer. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions for our pressure‑sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and in‑mould labels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact and develop relationships with potential and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs, propose customized product solutions and act as the liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Lead negotiations, close deals and process purchase orders efficiently.
• Use CRM tools daily to manage customer data, sales activities and follow‑ups.
• Track, analyse and report on sales performance against targets.
• Prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, market visits and other lead‑generation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any major); graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (technical or non‑technical).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
