About the role
The Retail Advisor will work on the ground in Tegal and Bali, promoting fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) to retail outlets. You will be the link between the brand and the stores, ensuring product visibility, correct pricing and strong sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Visit 25–30 retail outlets each day.
- Educate outlet staff on selling PET CSD 390 (Seru) at recommended prices.
- Install point‑of‑sale materials (POSM) such as posters when they are missing.
- Conduct price surveys, capture photos of the work, and report results through the designated application.
- Coordinate RSL MDS activities with Area Managers (AM) and Merchandising Officers (MO).
Required profile
- Male or female, minimum high school (SMA/SMK); diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
- Own a motorcycle no older than five years and hold a valid SIM C.
- Previous experience in sales or merchandising is preferred.
- Willingness to work with targets and a six‑day work week.
