Regional Product Marketing Manager – East Asia

About the role

As the Regional Product Marketing Manager for East Asia, you will drive business growth and support sales across the region for Bosch’s automotive battery aftermarket portfolio. You will act as the key link between market insights, product strategy and commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and steer product KPIs (e.g., TGS/TNS, GM, PCR, market coverage) and deliver regular performance reports.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence through customer visits and analysis of pricing, portfolio positioning and communication strategies.
• Analyse portfolio gaps and coordinate assortment improvements to enhance market coverage.
• Implement the East Asia pricing strategy, ensuring minimum margins and competitive positioning.
• Support regional campaigns, create product‑focused newsletter content and contribute to communication materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Accounting or Marketing.
• More than 7 years of experience in the automotive battery aftermarket.
• Strong strategic problem‑solving and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, with presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for market surveys and customer visits.
