Regional Head – IDX Representative Office, Maluku

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary professional to lead the Indonesia Stock Exchange Representative Office in Maluku. The Regional Head will oversee education, outreach and capital‑market development activities, acting as the primary IDX representative in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the IDX Representative Office in line with corporate policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Drive capital‑market development by increasing transactions, investor participation and engagement of listed companies in Maluku.
• Plan and execute education, socialisation and public‑awareness programmes on capital‑market topics.
• Prepare annual work plans and budgets, monitor performance against targets and ensure financial discipline.
• Build and lead a competent team, fostering a strong organisational culture and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, risk management and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in the capital‑market industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Willingness to be based in Maluku.
