QC Analyst – Microbiology (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

As a QC Analyst Microbiology you will ensure the microbiological quality and safety of dairy products for a leading global FMCG company. You will work in a modern laboratory environment, applying best practices in food safety and quality control.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and non‑routine microbiological testing on raw materials, in‑process samples and finished products.
• Interpret test results and report findings to production and quality teams.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, calibrate instruments and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Investigate deviations, conduct root‑cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Document all activities in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology or related field.
• Experience in a food‑quality or dairy laboratory is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
