About the role
We are looking for a QA Validation Supervisor to lead the planning, control and monitoring of validation, qualification, calibration and in‑process control activities. The role ensures that all processes follow the approved schedule and comply with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, control and monitor implementation of validation, qualification, calibration and in‑process control projects.
- Prepare, review and maintain related documentation to guarantee regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to keep activities on schedule.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other applicable standards.
Required profile
- Pharmacist (Apt) degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor/Quality Lead or 3‑5 years in QA.
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking, able to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to be based in Semarang.
