Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead documentation and maintenance initiatives for our IT and software solutions. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time and stakeholders remain satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, Pre‑CoM and CoM slides.
• Set up reminders for scope‑of‑work expirations and maintenance contracts.
• Delegate tasks effectively across teams.
• Coordinate daily activities with internal teams and external customers.
• Resolve emerging issues promptly.
• Manage project reports and documentation.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Log all project data into Google Drive.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience preparing project documentation such as timelines and presentation slides.
• Proficiency in managing maintenance projects, including tracking contract periods and renewal schedules.
• Strong familiarity with IT infrastructure or solution delivery processes.
