Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager to join the CEO Office team at Jendela Group. In this position you will partner directly with the CEO to lead strategic initiatives, business improvement projects, and operational priorities across the organization, translating business needs into practical, technology‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO to plan, execute, and monitor strategic and operational initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Conduct research, business analysis, and data processing to support executive decision‑making.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose technology‑driven solutions, including automation and AI‑enabled tools.
• Lead multiple cross‑functional projects simultaneously, defining timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure projects stay aligned with business objectives.
• Represent the CEO in key meetings, capture decisions, and translate them into actionable next steps.
• Prepare executive‑level reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
