Project Assistant Consultant for You Rise Program

About the role

The You Rise programme, funded by the DBS Foundation, aims to improve financial literacy, employability and leadership skills of marginal youth in Indonesia. The Project Assistant Consultant will support the Medan team in delivering coordination, recruitment, training and mentoring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Attend regular project coordination meetings (online and offline) and support logistical arrangements.
• Assist with transparent, inclusive recruitment and mobilisation of participants.
• Support the delivery of technical and soft‑skill training sessions and mentoring activities.
• Enter, update and compile participant data, monitor attendance and participation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide routine reports to the You Rise team.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; final‑year students or fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience or interest in administration, data entry, youth recruitment or training activities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, especially when interacting with young people.
• Commitment to equality, inclusion, data confidentiality and safeguarding principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Forms.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and basic digital administration tools.
