Product Specialist – Orthopaedics

About the role

The Product Specialist promotes and supports Johnson & Johnson's joint replacement portfolio, including hip, knee, and robotic‑assisted orthopaedic solutions. The role blends clinical support, sales execution, surgeon education, and operating‑room assistance to drive product adoption and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives while developing territory plans.
• Grow market share by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide clinical support in operating rooms, educate surgeons and hospital staff, and collaborate with marketing and clinical teams on educational programs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit timely business reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field.
• 2–5 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience, preferably orthopaedics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with English proficiency.
• Willingness to work in operating rooms and travel as needed.
