Product Portfolio & Business Analyst

About the role

Allvacon is seeking a Product Portfolio & Business Analyst to drive data‑focused decisions across its orthopedic product lines. You will work closely with product, commercial strategy, sales, operations, finance and senior management to shape the product roadmap and monitor performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain product portfolio scorecards by family, clinical pathway, region, revenue, margin, adoption and lifecycle stage.
• Conduct market and competitor intelligence across orthopedic segments such as sports reconstruction, regenerative orthopedics, trauma, bone graft, spine, pediatric and oncology‑related opportunities.
• Develop business cases for new product opportunities, estimating market potential, revenue, margin, inventory risk and regulatory readiness.
• Support 12‑36 month product roadmap planning together with the Product Lead and management.
• Monitor post‑launch performance, including first‑case adoption, repeat usage, active doctors, profitability, inventory movement and concentration risk.
• Prepare structured review materials for Product Council, management reviews and performance discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Management or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in business or product analysis within healthcare, medical devices, pharma, consulting or distribution.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving and ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Understanding of revenue, margin, pricing, inventory, adoption and product profitability.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
