Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in East Jakarta. The role involves gathering business requirements, analysing processes, and delivering innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business requirement gathering and analysis with stakeholders.
• Design As‑Is and To‑Be processes and propose improvement initiatives.
• Develop implementation strategies, SOPs and success criteria for projects.
• Monitor project performance, trials and implementation outcomes.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and facilitate project communications.
• Track progress, identify risks and ensure successful execution.
• Prepare project reports and provide recommendations for business improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
