Procurement Coordinator – PASTI Project (Mimika, Papua)

About the role

The Procurement Coordinator will lead procurement management for the PASTI project in Mimika, ensuring compliance with World Vision regulations and donor requirements while supporting rapid response during emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement management of projects, aligning donor funding opportunities with ministry standards and procedures.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies, risk assessments, and sourcing roadmaps aligned with project objectives.
• Coordinate daily supply‑chain processes, maintain internal controls, and provide performance analysis for cost‑effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance, capacity building, and training on procurement policies, procedures and systems.
• Manage procurement governance, quality assurance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across finance, program and logistics teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or CIPS certification.
• Minimum 3 years procurement experience, preferably in the humanitarian sector.
• At least 1 year experience managing a team.
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to travel up to 25 % of the time, both within Indonesia and internationally.
