Payroll Specialist

About the role

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for end‑to‑end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and supporting the HR team in delivering accurate payroll services across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate and execute payroll inputs and outputs, including leave, attendance management and statutory reports.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as SOX and local statutory HR regulations.
• Manage and resolve employee queries related to payroll, HR policies, attendance and leave systems.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate payroll reporting and data requests.
• Support payroll consolidation efforts across the country.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (S1) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields; postgraduate HR management is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in HR Operations / Payroll and HR Shared Services in a complex organization.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and SOX compliance.
• Project management exposure and ability to interpret data trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with PeopleSoft.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
