About the role
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our finance team in Central Jakarta. The role involves managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely payments for all employees.
Key responsibilities
- Process end‑to‑end payroll, including data entry and time‑keeping validation.
- Calculate monthly overtime and verify payroll components for accuracy.
- Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and databases.
- Administer employee benefits and coordinate related documentation.
- Support off‑boarding by preparing required documents and liaising with relevant departments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Psychology, Law or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep records organized and current.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Growth mindset with willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
