Part‑time Associate Creative – Multimedia (School)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Associate Creative to support the multimedia needs of Nusantara School. You will help shape the school’s social media presence by creating engaging visual content that reflects its brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Participate in end‑to‑end content production, including photography and video shooting.
• Edit high‑quality video and photo assets optimized for feeds, reels, stories and short‑form videos.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt them to the school’s communication style.
• Collaborate with creative and communication teams from pre‑production to final delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field (final‑year students or fresh graduates accepted).
• Creative, innovative and passionate about digital marketing and social media.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Portfolio of photos, videos or designs is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Experience using graphic‑design applications like Canva or Photoshop.
• Competence in operating cameras for photo and video shoots.
