Partner Growth & Enablement Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Partner Growth & Enablement Executive to accelerate revenue through our implementation partners in Indonesia. You will work closely with partners to design joint business plans, support co‑selling activities, and ensure they achieve their sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive partner‑led sales growth and ensure revenue targets and KPIs are met.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with each partner, aligning on goals, strategies, and target markets.
• Review partner pipelines, identify opportunities, and provide guidance to close deals faster.
• Participate in partner‑customer meetings, demos, and negotiations to support co‑selling and product positioning.
• Monitor and report on partner performance, forecast accuracy, and activity levels.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to enable partner success.
• Maintain high standards of partner performance while balancing support and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 2‑5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or channel/partner management.
• Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, sales, inventory, and manufacturing.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through partners or resellers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical, KPI‑driven mindset comfortable with numbers and forecasts.
• Highly proactive, result‑oriented, and comfortable owning sales targets.
• Nice to have: knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycles, ability to lead workshops or training sessions, immediate availability.
