Operation Coordinator

About the role

The Operation Coordinator will support Surbana Jurong's marketing and proposal activities in Jakarta, ensuring timely and high‑quality submissions for RFPs/RFQs and maintaining the company’s marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support responses to RFPs/RFQs, handling scheduling, compliance, editing and formatting.
• Assemble resumes, project sheets and sub‑consultant materials for polished submissions.
• Develop marketing collateral such as project profiles, presentations, brochures, digital content and client‑facing materials.
• Coordinate updates to the SJ Group website, social media platforms and e‑newsletters, monitor analytics and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate on group‑wide marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and community engagement activities.
• Prepare and support logistics for tradeshows, conferences and client meetings.
• Maintain marketing libraries, CRM records, project profiles and photography databases.
• Assist the Marketing & Proposal Manager in executing the marketing strategy.
• Provide document control for projects when required.
• Support IT and QHSE matters in coordination with local and overseas teams.
• Assist with company formalities such as licensing and consultancy registrations.

Required profile

• Experience handling RFP/RFQ processes and document control.
• Familiarity with marketing collateral creation and database management.
• Ability to coordinate with IT, QHSE and cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
