Ocean Freight Sales Assistant Manager – Mandarin Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Ocean Freight Sales Assistant Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to expand our market among Chinese companies. You will promote our ocean freight and customs clearance services, develop sales pipelines, and secure new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Analyze client needs, prepare customized proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to understand requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in 3PL or ocean cargo.
• Good knowledge of export and import regulations.
• Existing portfolio of potential customers for LX Pantos services.
• Ability to manage tenders, conduct pricing simulations, and design solutions.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Age between 25 and 40 years.
