NOC Engineer – IT Operations & Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive NOC Engineer to join our IT Operations team in South Jakarta. The role focuses on monitoring, maintaining and securing our IT infrastructure to ensure continuous, reliable service for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, availability and security, and take corrective actions to maintain stable operations.
• Provide technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting for IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and business continuity.
• Verify the health and readiness of network and server infrastructure required for daily operations.
• Assist the Helpdesk team in resolving complex issues, including transaction status verification, merchant‑related problems and EDC testing using dummy TID.
• Troubleshoot and support operational tools such as TAMS, Vericentre (TMS) and related platforms.
• Document incidents, track system issues and contribute to root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science with a GPA above 3.00.
• Familiarity with network management, server environments and the IT software development life‑cycle.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
