Middle IT Business Analyst

About the role

The Middle IT Business Analyst will work within a dedicated team to define business requirements and drive digital product projects from concept to delivery. This role requires strong analytical abilities, project management expertise, and the capacity to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements for digital product initiatives.
• Create detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide solutions that accelerate project execution and optimize product performance.
• Communicate and build relationships with stakeholders to align project objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst in software or product development projects.
• Experience in the financial banking or related financial industry, including EDC or similar projects.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities with a digital mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Good technical understanding of business analysis frameworks, value cycles, business processes, business requirements and UAT methodologies.
• Strong concepts related to project and program management.
