Microsoft Dynamics ERP AX & 365 FO Technical Staff

About the role

We are looking for a technical specialist with strong coding skills in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role will focus on designing, developing, and delivering high‑quality X++ solutions that meet functional requirements for our ERP projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse functional designs and produce detailed technical design documents (TDD) following company standards.
• Develop, test, and maintain X++ code for AX 2012, AX 2012 R2/R3 and the latest D365 F&O releases.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and other technical teams to close design gaps and ensure consistent technical quality.
• Use TFS for source control, code reviews, and progress reporting.
• Support offshore development teams, monitor project timelines, and take ownership of delivery deadlines.
• Generate SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, and integrate Azure services as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
