Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance – Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to deliver end‑to‑end solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) for our clients in Jakarta. You will work closely with customers to capture business requirements, design functional and technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation across finance, retail, commerce, trade and logistics modules.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy for Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
• Gather and document client business requirements.
• Design and develop solutions for Finance, Retail, POS, Commerce, Trade & Logistics modules.
• Coordinate data migration from Dynamics AX 2012 to D365.
• Customize Dynamics 365 using X++ and C#.
• Develop retail extensions for MPOS/CPOS, including CRT and server extensions.
• Implement data integrations using AIF, D365 web services, CDX, CDS.NET Business Connector, data entities and SSIS.
• Create reports with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for AX 2012‑R3 and D365.
• Perform functional and technical analysis of solution designs.
• Implement Dynamics Commerce platform customisations and PSP integrations.
• Manage Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and provide production support.
• Collaborate with offshore development teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business Administration (Finance), Accounting, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, AX‑2012 customisations and integrations.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test and support complex ERP solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working in a multi‑disciplinary team.
