Member Acquisition Intern (HTC)

About the role

The Member Acquisition Intern will support the Home Tester Club (HTC) by identifying and recruiting new members for marketing campaigns. Working closely with the Operations Team, you will help design and execute creative acquisition strategies across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential new members to participate in HTC campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to design and execute acquisition strategies using social media, forums, email marketing, or community events.
• Curate and screen member data to match target personas or demographics required for each campaign.
• Record and update all member interactions, feedback, and data in the company database.
• Assist in managing media channels used for member recruitment.

Required profile

• Currently in the final semesters of university (6th semester or above) or a fresh graduate.
• Preferably majoring in Communication Studies, Management Communication, or Marketing.
• Proficient in using social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience managing or participating in online communities.
• Experience in community management, influencer/KOL relations, customer acquisition, talent scouting, or call‑center/telemarketing is a plus.
