Material and Facility Procurement Staff

About the role

We are looking for a Material and Facility Procurement Staff to join our supply‑chain team at PT Krakatau Posco in Cilegon. The role focuses on sourcing, purchasing and managing the flow of materials and facilities needed for our steel production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement material procurement strategies, including supplier sourcing and relationship building.
• Manage the full procurement cycle: vendor invitation, bidding, negotiation, contract preparation, signing and follow‑up.
• Evaluate and analyse internal material orders to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.
• Identify and assess new local and overseas suppliers for competitiveness and reliability.
• Administer procurement documentation and operate the E‑Proc procurement system.
• Monitor material deliveries to guarantee on‑time arrival.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience in material or facility procurement, preferably within manufacturing or steel industry.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and proven capacity to build effective supplier relationships.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the E‑Proc procurement system.
